You purchase a set number of editing hours each month. Submit your footage, and our tea delivers polished videos within your plan’s timeframe. Unused hours will not be rolled over to the next month, so be sure to get your footage uploaded before your next billing cycle to maximize your usage! However, grace periods from projects uploaded before the billing cycle’s end will be given if not completed.
All videos are edited by our in-house team of professional editors. Once your purchase a package, you will be paired to a lead editor. As your editor understands your expectations and workflows they will be able to maximize their time on your projects giving you the best bang for your buck!
Most projects are completed within 2-4 business days, depending on complexity and your plan. We’ll provide an estimated delivery date when you submit your request.
Yes! Revisions are always allowed, however revisions will still add time to your overall usage. Be sure to be descriptive with your editing request, especially those on leaner plans to maximize your time.
